4.3 999win may require verification of your identity (KYC) at any point. 4.4 Accounts registered using false or misleading information may be closed without notice and any balance forfeited.

5.2 You must notify 999win support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
5.3 You must not share your account login credentials with any third party. Account sharing is prohibited.
5.4 999win recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via the account security settings to enhance account protection.
6.1 999win accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the payment methods listed on the Platform at any given time, which currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT.
6.2 Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. These limits may change from time to time.
6.3 All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. 999win reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party payment methods and to close the associated account.
6.4 999win does not accept deposits from credit facilities unless the credit facility is operated as a debit-style mobile wallet (e.g., mobile wallet top-ups).
6.5 Deposit processing times vary by payment method. 999win is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider or the Player's banking institution.
7.1 Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method verified as belonging to the account holder. 999win does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
7.2 A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed at the point of withdrawal request. Withdrawals below this minimum will not be processed.
7.3 999win may require completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Players are strongly encouraged to complete verification proactively rather than waiting until a withdrawal is required.
7.4 Processing times for withdrawals vary by method. Standard processing typically completes within 24 hours for verified accounts. 999win is not responsible for delays attributable to the receiving financial institution.
7.5 Active bonus balances that have not completed their wagering requirements are not withdrawable. Only Real Money Balances and fully-wagered bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal.
8.1 999win offers promotional bonuses subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. These Terms govern generally; individual promotion pages govern specifically where they conflict.
8.2 All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds are not withdrawable.
8.3 Real Money Balance is used first in all wagers unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise. Bonus funds are consumed after the Real Money Balance is exhausted.

8.6 999win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
9.1 All games available on 999win use certified random number generation (RNG) technology independently audited by recognised international testing laboratories. This ensures that game outcomes are random and not influenced by the Platform, the Player's account history, or bet size.
9.2 In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed in your account history and the result displayed in a game's internal log, the internal game server log shall prevail.
9.3 If a technical error or malfunction occurs during a game round, 999win reserves the right to void the affected round and refund stakes. No winnings resulting from a provably erroneous game state will be paid.

12.1 999win reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached or that account activity poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
12.2 Where an account is suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance may be withheld pending investigation. Bonus balances will be forfeited immediately upon suspension.
12.3 Players may close their account at any time by contacting 999win support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance that has not been subject to a bonus claim and has satisfied withdrawal eligibility requirements will be returned to the Player via their last verified payment method.
12.4 Accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 999win will attempt to contact the account holder prior to applying any dormancy policy. Details of any dormancy fee or balance treatment will be communicated at that time.
13.1 All content on the 999win Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, text, game assets, logos, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to 999win and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
13.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999win's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15.1 999win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document.
15.2 Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
15.3 999win will make reasonable efforts to notify Players of material changes via the registered email address. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure their registered email address is current and accessible.
